Gold Coast is a breathtaking region for weddings for a few very great reasons: the most prominent of those being it’s boundless awe inspiring landscapes, many of which reside amongst national parks with artifacts dating back to the times of Gondwana.

Idyllic Australian beaches, surf, tropical rainforests and it’s dreamy climate aside, is its accessibility. With Gold Coast airport in Coolangatta, flying your family and friends in from around the world for a destination wedding is an ease compared to many other options.

This is a popular region for weddings, which brings a beautiful choice of exquisite venues, especially those that provide luxury and editorial feels. 

Below I have provided you with the essential details for you to have an in depth overview of my personally selected favourite venues of this region.

Each of these venues has a few things in common: class, natural beauty and stunning landscapes amongst nature.


THE VENUES:

THE BOWER ESTATE

VENUE DETAILS:
This is your dream national park wedding destination. Nestled amongst Springbrook National Park and surrounded by South-East Queensland’s most impressive picturesque mountainscape, you are inevitably immersed in nature.

LOCATION: 3165 Nerang Murwillumbah Rd, Natural Bridge QLD 4211

 

CAPACITY: 140 max

PRICING (MINIMUM SPEND):
TBC

TRANSPORT: A 57 seat bus is supplied for a return trip to a Gold Coast location. 40 car parking spaces.

CURFEW AND NOISE RESTRICTIONS: All guests must leave at 10pm. No percussion instruments are allowed on the venue.


ROSEWOOD ESTATE

VENUE DETAILS:
If your dream is to wed with the backdrop of the Scenic Rims iconic landscape, this view will stop you in your step and reach your expectations of what a breathtaking wedding venue is. This venue is full of unwavering raw and natural beauty, providing an incredible backdrop for you to sculpt the design of your dream wedding. 

LOCATION: 1339 Beechmont Rd, Beechmont QLD 4211

 

CAPACITY: 200 people

PRICING (MINIMUM SPEND):

TRANSPORT: Onsite parking for 50 cars. 

CURFEW AND NOISE RESTRICTIONS: Music stops at 11pm and guests must be departed by 11:30pm.


THE GROUNDS ESTATE

VENUE DETAILS:
The Grounds Estate is a fitting venue for those seeking an elegant and private garden wedding with a luxurious European feel. The European inspired architecture and sculpted english gardens will transport you to the heart of France, Italy or Spain, despite being in the centre of the incredible Scenic Rim region on the outskirts of the Gold Coast.

LOCATION: Alpine Terrace, Tamborine Mountain QLD 4272

 

CAPACITY: 90 max

PRICING:
Weekend: $17,000
Mid-week: $14,500
Mid-week: Elopement: $5,500 elopement

TRANSPORT: A 58 seater bus is included with any reception booking. There are also 20 car parks on site for those driving.

CURFEW AND NOISE RESTRICTIONS: 6pm indoors, 10pm closure. Noise restrictions do apply.


THE VALLEY ESTATE

VENUE DETAILS:
Nestled within the tranquil vistas of the Currumbin Valley, The Valley Estate is a luxury, high-end venue oozing with class. It stands alone when compared to other venue offerings in the Gold Coast region. 

LOCATION: 8 Piggabeen Rd, Currumbin Valley QLD 4223

 

CAPACITY: 100 max

PRICING (MINIMUM SPEND):
2024 // 2025
Monday to Friday: $35,250 // $36,250
Saturday to Sunday: $47,750 // $48,500

TRANSPORT: 25 car park spaces on the property for suppliers and guests. A complimentary one-way coach is provided for the evening, guests will be picked up no later than 9:45pm, and transferred to Currumbin. 

CURFEW AND NOISE RESTRICTIONS: Last drinks are served at 9:45pm. Guests must be vacated by 10:20pm.
